- Complimentary Phone Consultation and discussion of client’s goal, questions and answers. 20 Minutes
- 60 or 90 minute “Initial” Coaching Session- Plan and overview
- One 30 or 60 minute phone call per week (session length depends on client choice)
- 8 Week Program
